Overview
Eowave Position Sensors are resistive ribbons. This device outputs the voltage corresponding to the position with 2.5k?/100mm. This technology allows an infinite accuracy. For musical applications, controlling the pitch with a position ribbon will make a perfect continuous controller for glissandos and other theremin-like effects! This 30 cm position ribbon is like a linear potentiometer sensing position. It can be associated to any MIDI parameters but associated to the pitch, it will be a great ribbon controller.
