Overview
The Genelec 5040B active subwoofer is designed to complement up to five 6010B's wih accurate and dynamic bass response reaching down to 35Hz. Matched perfectly with the 6010B's, the 5040B features a remote volume control allowing the entire system to be adjusted, as well as giving versatily acoustic controls for perfect room integration.
With Intelligent Signal Sensing the loudspeaker senses when there has been no sound passed through for a 30 minute period and silently goes into 'low power mode'. In this mode it will consume less than 0.5W of power and wakes automatically when sound is played through it.
