Dummy Head for binaural recordings
Overview
This Dummy / Artificial head is designed to work with the OKM series of binaural microphones as an alternative to physically wearing them.
Using this dummy head frees up the user to be elsewhere, otherwise occupied, or to simply sit back and enjoy the concert uninterrupted!
The dummy head replicates the ‘Head Related Transfer Function’ (HRTF) created when the user wears the OKM microphones in their ears. As many understand, this is imperative when making an effective binaural recording.
