DACS PPA Phantom Power Adapter

THE NEW DACS PPA is a Phantom Power Adapter designed to work with Soundman’s OKM II Binaural Microphones but would be a perfect companion with any microphones requiring plug in power. It allows you to connect the OKM microphones to the 48V phantom powered inputs of studio mixers or microphone preamplifiers.

This NEW DACS PPA uses the latest in low noise SMD technology to provide a very low noise, low distortion device, with a small amount of amplification, for Soundman OKM microphones, or any other stereo condenser microphone that needs up to 9V plug in power.

Powered by the Phantom power from the mixer or recording device, the DACS PPA provides a left and right balanced output. This means that the microphones can be used like any other pair of condenser microphones; set up in a studio, and run over a considerable distance without any losses, bringing professional binaural capability to every recording studio.
